Hassan BADIR

Biography

Hassan BADIR is an Full Professor of Computer Science at the Abdelmalek Essaadi University – Nationale School of Sciences Applied – Tangier – Morocco, where he founded and directs the Systems & Data Engeenering Team (SDET). He holds a Ph.D. (2005) and M.Sc. (2001) in Computer Science and Engineering from the INSA-Lyon, French and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the USMBA Fez-Morocco(1996). Before his current appointment, he served the University of Lyon 1 as an Assistant Professor (ATER) and Lecturer and also the Open University of Cyprus as a Lecturer. He has held short-term research visits at LIG Laboratory, Grenoble, French (2010), the ERIC Laboratoty, France (2012) (2016). He is actually: Head of Data engineering & System TEAM SDET, Head of Computer Science and Data Science Master BISD, Head of High Specialized Master study on Compute Engineering, Security and Décision MSIIDE, Co-Investigator of Human Heredity and Health African Bioinformatics Network H3ABionet, Head and founding member of the Moroccan Innovation and New trends of Informatio System Society AMINTIS,

I am also serving as an Associate Editor and Track Editor of  International Journal of Data Warehousing and Mining (IJDWM), International Journal of Database Management Systems(IJDBMS), Cluster Computing – The Journal of Networks, Software Tools and Applications (CLUSTE COMPUTING), Journal Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience. I am co-organiser of several workshops, programme chair of international conferences EGCM, ASD, EDA and INTIS.
